Established in 2017 in Paducah, Kentucky, Boss Burrito began as a food truck run by a father-daughter duo and has now expanded to three thriving locations! We're famous for our mouth-watering big burritos, but the deliciousness doesn't end there. Create your own nachos, taco salads, tacos, burrito bowls, loaded fries, and much more!
